"I met Jo a few months ago during the installation of a PV system with battery storage at her house. During the installation, we struck up a conversation during which I discussed the need to modify my company’s website as feedback indicated it was difficult to find and looked very dated. After a couple of discussions, I agreed to effectively let Jo have a free hand to change the stye of the website and revise the SEO.

To say Jo had a free hand is probably an embellishment as I was regularly asked for input and verification that the modifications met my need. However, as my level of knowledge is limited, I effectively let Jo take the lead; this was a very wise decision.  What Jo has produced is very much in line with my expectations and initial feedback is very positive.

I find Jo very easy to work with. It is very much you are told what you need to hear and not what to think you want to hear but in a way that brings you along for the ride. I was also given the space to reschedule meetings as my current workload is challenging and often got in the way of our schedule. Jo goes about business in very much the same way as we do, in that the priority is to bring the customer to a conclusion where we all feel this was a good outcome and delivered what was needed.

It is early days for the website redesign, but the initial output from Google Analytics is positive. We have also contracted with Jo to provide social media support for the next 12 months.
